Every engagement is scoped and agreed individually in writing. Certification claims reflect the facility’s status at the date of publication; certificates are available to serious prospects on request.

You may not reproduce or use them commercially without written permission. “Trident” group marks are used with the permission of the Trident group.

Do not misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no attempting to breach security, no submitting unlawful, deceptive or malicious content through the enquiry form, and no using the form to send marketing to us or third parties.
Liability

To the extent South African law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content, from interruptions, or from third-party links (including trident-investments.com, which has its own terms).
